OVERVIEW

The first of its kind, the Spiral building located on the West Side of Manhattan will be sure to catch the eyes of tourists and locals alike. The geometric shape signifies those organic helical objects we find in nature. Another innovative design by the Bjarke Ingels Group, will provide over 2.6 million square feet to commercial occupants. Expanding over 1,000 feet vertically, the Mechanical system will produce a suitable atmosphere to over 65 stories including grand garden atriums on every floor. In excess of 50 Mechanical Rooms, JDP has the opportunity to pre-fabricate piping as well as assemble equipment packages in our local facility for an efficient site installation. The well admired Highline Park will now be crowned with this new structure offering an extension of the landscape to building residents. JDP Mechanical Inc. is eager to embark on this significant addition to the bevy of iconic Manhattan buildings.
