OVERVIEW

A 13-story boutique commercial space for those smaller companies opting for the modern finished and rooftop terraces. Originally built in 1913, this renovation kept its historical aspects including high ceiling and exposed structural beams. JDP provided full mechanical scope support and installation including all drafting and engineering of loft spaces.
