OVERVIEW

Named Sven, this structure spans 67 stories and earns the second tallest building title in Queens. It Offers a luxury lifestyle to those who occupy the nearly one million square feet of space and amenities. To keep with Long Island City’s history, the adjacent city clock tower was included in the renderings to combine past architecture with modern aesthetics. With many opportunities now available to operate in an efficient and sustainable way, the owners are looking to receive a LEED platinum certification for this project including our entire scope installed.
