OVERVIEW

Located in the center of Manhattans Financial District, Landmark One Wall Street tower includes over 1 million square feet and 50 stories of residential and retail space. Neighboring the New York Stock Exchange, as well as the Trinity Church, this Art Deco building has been a time capsule since its construction in 1931. Once solely commercial space, owners Macklowe Properties design team have set their sights on restoring the building due to the demand of downtown residential real estate. Keeping its existing bold outline, the interior will be modernized to the needs of the here and now. JDP Mechanical has the exciting opportunity to enhance all piping systems including nearly two thousand climate control units and eleven Machine Rooms. This preserved historic building is a tribute to the diversity of establishments in Manhattan and JDP Mechanical is honored to assist in its revival.
