OVERVIEW

Constructed in 1951, originally the Transit Authority Building now has been renovated into a 13-story research and education center for the prominent New York University. The owners opted for an ice storage chiller plant for sustainable efforts along with four other mechanical rooms. JDP provided full scope installation for all Heating and Cooling core systems.
