OVERVIEW
At the center of Manhattan, the newest addition to the skyline stands 87 stories tall and over 1,000 feet with full views of New Yorks most iconic landmarks. Including the expansion of the existing Museum, this structure offers 160 condominiums to those who dwell in this elite building. From three story mechanical machine rooms, life safety generators, and in excess of 800 climate control units, JDP managed all facets of the heating and cooling systems.
